Before contacting us, you may find your answer in the frequently asked questions.

    • Can I enter on the day?
      We strongly encourage you to enter in advance, it is cheaper and more convenient for everyone, including everyone behind you in the queue. There are usually a handful of entries available on the day. Payment is  via card or exact cash. We will not have change.
    • Can I transfer my place?
      You can transfer your place to another runner for free by logging into your Full On Sport account up to one week before the event.
    • Can I get a refund?
      As per the terms you accepted upon entry we can not offer refunds. This is due to the upfront costs of staging an event.
      As an organiser we start to incur costs for the event from the moment the dates are booked.
      As the event draws closer ever increasing costs are incurred to the point where we cannot recover any of them, regardless of whether you run.
    • Can I swap my number?
      Under no circumstances can you swap your number unofficially. Official transfers are available up to one week before the event. Unofficial number swapping will result in disqualification. The reason for this is so we know who is at our event and have the correct details in the event of an emergency. You can transfer your place to another runner for free by logging into your Full On Sport account
    • Have I entered? I can’t remember
      You can check to see which of our events you have entered by logging into your Full On Sport account
    • I haven’t received a pre-race email
      Pre-race emails are sent out the week before the event, this could be any day of the week from Monday to Friday. All the information you require is on the event page, the email will just provide any additional late instructions.
    • Are numbers collected on the day?
      Yes, for all of our events.
